1 small step...

Some people think that transformation is a difficult thing and can be overwhelmed by it's intensity. I say that real change and transformation is really nothing more than a series of small steps...each taken one at a time, and keep to a consistent path.

Welcome!

Greetings everyone...


Please join me in using this blog as a motivational tool to begin a personal transformation journey...it all begins with 1 small step.  So - here is my first small step - I am going to commit to a 30-minute cardio workout at least 3 times per week.  My goal is 5 times per week, but I will set a 30-day commitment of 3 -days.    Here we go....step.
